Congratulations to Ms. Janik who was selected for a grant through the National Endowment for the Humanities to study the Modern Civil Rights Movement in Birmingham, Alabama this summer. She will work with teachers from across the country to deepen their understanding of the Modern Civil Rights Movement and to create curricular products that will support student learning of the Modern Civil Rights Movement.
