8th grade science students in Mrs. Burke's class took human impact on the planet to another level. They explored AI (artificial intelligence) in the ocean and programed a machine to identify the differences between garbage and marine animals in the ocean environment! Students connected the importance of AI, and the skills to use AI, to how it can positively impact our world outside of the activity.
